Actually that sounds a little, off, compared to what happened. The Tower of Sweet Chaos reveals it, White Lily Cookie was gonna ask the witches why they created the cookies, then she saw the witches eating a cookie, and she fell in "the ultimate dough" and was rebaked into Dark Enchantress Cookie

As i see in the tower of sweet chaos, but who is actually the white lily we saw on the final battle, the real white lily was fall in the ultimate dough, in my theory, it was the fragrance, photosynthesis, whatever, or something, she is a type of madonna lily that created. Considering dark enchantress cookie only took the body of white lily, and not her soul jam, the soul jam might as well be capable of re-baking its holder, the soul jam seems to be the core ingredient in making the heroes, with the full soul jam, one could assume with some dough you can easily make another white lily as long as you include her soul jam. EDIT: it also might be why the ancient heroes seem so dumb to not ask HOW two of them exist at the same time, they might be aware the power the soul jam haves to do this
