    Can’t be worse than downtown Los Angeles traffic. What’s the deal with this place I keep hearing mixed opinions on it. Homeless and drug infested with poor infrastructure or a vibrant and safe college town suitable for families?

    It's grown by 50% since I was there 35 years ago. That's just over 1% annually. How will you ever survive lol?

    It's a shit hole. I lived her for 2 years and hated it. Low paying jobs, high rent, corrupt government, drug addicts, unfriendly and weird people. @@tylermontoya408
