Your cooking skills is on top the part of adding banana on pilau from 🇸🇴 1. Could also add some cinnamon sticks and cardamom to bring some good smell 2. Frequent stir breaks the rice on my opinion But all the dishes are amazing

Yes you can boil first. Add some ginger and garlic while boiling. Then when cooking add the preferred spices
