Learnt from my mother. *Simple recipes always work. Simple in the sense "less ingredients"...no need of 5-6 masalas, no need of packaged garam masalas, no complex and complicated steps* Tried making recipes from KZread videos but none went good but a simple combination of namak, haldi & jeera powder created the magic i was seeking for
