COOK & EAT WITH FAYE | HOW I COOK PALUSAMI FROM SPINACH

Talofa guys! There are times that I feel like having some Luau, made in a pot, but I don't have Luau leaves. There's an easier solution & that is, using Spinach instead. It cooks fast and it's just as tasty. Thank you for watching. Take care & God, bless

Nope just as soon as they're cooked run under cold water and peel straight away. Careful you don't burn yourself.

That looks delicious. Both my parents used to make palusami. My dad scraped real coconut meat for the milk and we used our own homegrown taro. Always great with meat and banana taro and cassava. I remember in the old days when relatives from Samoa would bring some to NZ on the plane. I used to love eating it cold.
