Thank you so much ma for this suberb and detailed recipe. I’m Nigerian but this recipe has changed my stew/jollof story, I can now proudly serve rice and stew and Joll of rice to guests with nice compliments though I can’t find aniseed here.😍

Some of us will even chew half of the meat before it's time to put them in the stew yet would feel entitled enough to put 2 pieces when our food is served😂😂😂😂😂
