I peeled 2 apples and cut them into cubes and fried them with sugar and cinnamon. For my apple pie, I cut 2 apples into thin slices.
I opened the dough using a freezer bag that was cut in half the size of my mold. First, I put the dough in the oven for 30 minutes. Then I added an egg yolk and a little vanilla and finally two spoons of brown sugar.
Leave the dough at 180 for 10 minutes and the whole apple pie with the ingredients at 180 for 30 minutes.
