This album makes me appreciate GDMM so much more. GDMM had an amazing content, great lyricism and quality features. Conway could benefit from taking a year off break from making album and just make a more interesting and cohesive album. The big 3 from Griselda have gotten stale lately and aren’t really don’t anything new of recently. Mach and Boldy are for sure the best Griselda members imo.

Yooo this bouta be a good video. But on everything, you gotta check out the spook and sadhugold joint hell on wheels. It’s legit one of the best concept albums rap has seen maybe ever. And Cavaliers joint Different Type Time is one of the best albums of the year. He was rhyming all the syllables on that joint and his flows were otherworldly. I highly recommend both. Peace

Preciate you tapping in bro! Ay I actually kinda mentioned that album on the vertino tracked - I was saying how spook pairs with sadhugold a bit more than Joey does. But yeah spook album is great. I will say that the mixing was truly terrible lol and that’s gon be a nonstarter for someone. But that was a great album and will most likely be on my year end list. Haven’t heard the cavaliers joint yet - ima check it out!

I actually burst out laughing hearing your reaction to rya maxwell 😂No but fr this griselda fall-off is pretty tragic. I feel like the last good album from the big 3 was tana talk 4. Bars have gotten super generic since + a lot of the beat selection has been terrible/OK at best. I miss the good old days where they would just spit straight fire for 3 minutes straight over daringer beats. It just feels like they lost their hunger and lowered their standards. This shit has me worried for WWCD 2 cuz im not tryna hear them bullshit over trap beats for an hour and have raekwon and AA rashid glazing them for no reason. The worst part is that they cant seem to take criticism and are surrounded by yes-men. Someone has to step up and tell them the truth. I cant imagine someone like daringer listening to this album and going "yeah this is fire!" ps. people on reddit are saying rya is actually conway's son so that could explain why he let that shit happen

I didn't mind the swizz song, and overall I would say the album was pretty good, especially if you take out ten/rya and dasani. The less said about dasani the better, and ten/rya just seemed really out of place and unnecessary. I actually really enjoyed Vertino and loved the guitar solo, but I'm a big guitar solo in rap fan. This album could have really been the best griselda album in a while if it were trimmed down and polished a little. It ended up kinda feeling like a slightly worse version of like reject 2 but with more polished production

I understand how everybody loves Stives verse but to me Conways verse was more fire.. Stive didn’t say anything better then “I’ll kick your pregnant baby mama down a flight of steel steps”… and the lead up to that.. he’s a master with syllable rhyming while saying things I wanna hear.. love gritty street lyrics

I was actually hyped about this project but was super disappointed. They all need a sit down and get back to the basics. I don’t know why half the songs the last minute is left for absolutely nothing just wasted music. The original Ninja man beat was super hard and grimey but they smoothed it out for some reason and ruined the song. Mutty is the best conductor beat I’ve heard in a while besides the 7 minutes drill beat. Other than that his shits sucks imo. Surprisingly I like side A more than this and even that isn’t good

Benny truly the best out the group and he versatile enough to rap on modern beats because of his instinct of flow and delivery. Oh and I also don’t get the hype with Larry June, I can confidently say I can rap better than him lol
