ABOUT BROOKLYN NINE-NINE
"Brooklyn Nine-Nine" follows the exploits of hilarious Det. Jake Peralta (Andy Samberg) and his stoically ever-professional captain, Raymond Holt (Andre Braugher), along with their diverse, lovable colleagues as they police the NYPD's 99th Precinct. In this final season of the series, Jake and the squad must try to balance their personal lives and their professional lives over the course of a very difficult year.
Rounding out the ensemble is Sgt. Amy Santiago (Melissa Fumera), who has a passion for organization and a weakness for dork dancing; Lt. Terry Jeffords (Terry Crews), a mountain of a man whose most powerful muscle is his sweetheart; Jake's best friend and human puppy dog, Det. Charles Boyle (Joe Lo Truglio); and the incredibly secretive, tough-as-nails Rosa Diaz (Stephanie Beatriz). Also part of the Nine-Nine are veteran officers Det. Scully (Joel McKinnon Miller) and Det. Hitchcock (Dirk Blocker), whose only skill as police officers is their ability to make a passable pot of coffee.
Created by Emmy Award-winning writer/producers Dan Goor and Michael Schur, "Brooklyn Nine-Nine" won the 2014 Golden Globe Awards for Best Television Series - Comedy or Musical and Best Performance by an Actor in a Television Series - Comedy or Musical (Samberg). Emmy winner Braugher earned four Emmy nominations for Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Comedy Series for his role as Capt. Holt.

the backstreet boys moment, I was in drama class and we had a bit of time to spare so the teacher pulled up the scene and we did a full dramatic breakdown of the scene talking about how number 5 over-performed his singing to hopefully make the victim's sister belive someone else killed her brother and how Andy Sandburg was able to in the small scene portray the golden retriever type perfectivley, after the class i put the show on and i got hooked

The “I Want It That Way” scene is how I found out about the show existence. That scene made me curious enough to put it on, but it was the cold open of the pilot that convinced me to watch it fully: “Detective Santiago! Don’t walk away from me!”

Scully's face when Boyle is talking about his 'oldest bag' is priceless. Doesn't need to say a word but his reactions tell a whole story 🤣
@silverhand.johnny
Ай бұрын
Scully might be disgusting most of the times, but there's always a limit.
I love that you can hear Andy’s “Jooeeee” as he giggles/tries not to break, when Joe keeps elaborating about Boyle’s oldest arrest. iirc Joe’s response after “68” is all ad-libbed
1:24 The way Boyle just leans into the story, you can hear Andy Samberg break character while laughing.
"Rosa, rosa, rosa! Are you finally single?" "No" "I respect that"
Bold choice for the first scene to be with Hitchcock. Respect.
"I will cut you, LITTLE MAN" - PIMENTO, Adrian. Talking to a gigantic man as Terry Crews 🤣 Gets me every time 🤣
No one needs convincing to watch Brooklyn Nine Nine. They just need to watch the Cold open of Episode 1, Season 1 and they will be hooked forever. I guarantee.

That's exactly what happened to me- FROM THE EVERY FIRST EPISODE!!!!!!! I am 54yrs old, I've been watching TV for a looooong time. Brooklyn Nine-Nine is the last television show that I followed until the end, bought every season on DVD and still watch on a regular basis. The show is like a glass of wine or a toke after work to make me smile, laugh and giggle. Ultimately, I ADORE this ENSEMBLE CAST and the EXCELLENT WRITERS who managed to incorporate incredible characters with positive, inclusive messages with witty, COMICAL yet still magically emotionally satisfying STORYTELLING. Plus, trying to solve some of the cases with the detectives is always a silly brain tease too. I study astrology, tarot and I used to be a teacher. The Brooklyn Nine-Nine crew is like my ALL TIME FAVORITE CLASS OF WEIRDO STUDENTS with a regular visiting SPECIAL NEEDS STUDENTS named Pimento and Bill, LOL.
1:12 Jake's laugh was most definitely a left in blooper😂 and Charles masterfully stayed in character

This scene made me realise the greatness of writers 😂
I just realised even Scully was repulsed by Charles' 68-year-old experience
I don’t need convincing but I think it would most like be the Boyle 68 year old bag.
What made me watch was a clip of Terry holding Jake saying it was like holding a grape 😂
you don't have to convince us, we love rewatching it
"Who told you? Was it room?"
I love Jake giving Amy a thumbs up after her gift giving idea to Holt.😂😂😂 Her doing that and her total lack of cooking skills show how even smart people aren’t perfect.😉 Holt being sassy or devious is definitely one of the best reasons to watch the show.😉😂 Something awesome is a friend of mine hadn’t seen the show, so when he decided to watch the Backstreet Boys cold opening on his phone, I got to see him laugh so hard in real time at the iconic scene.😂😂😂

🎶✨“Jake the hero abs of steel shalalala”✨🎶
Brooklyn 99 is literally my comfort show ❤. Nobody has to convince me to watch it
Please make a compilation of Rosa being the most observative 99 member. "Hitchcock drank his own fish", "Charles isn't talking about his oldest arrest". She's just always the first one to notice things.
Rosa breaking down the door and scaring Gina and Terry is my favorite part!
The FOX/NBC ads convinced me to watch this show
Its Holt or more to the point Andre Braugher...stoic and serious. Andre Braugher now doing silly comedy and pulling it of perfectly. The Bone episode made sure i stayed hooked.
Why didn't they add the clip where Jake pranked Captain Holt....? 🤨🤨
14:20 I love Amy's response to that, don't know why
My sister got me into it, one evening I ordered some pizza for us and our grandmother, she was watching it on the day she got our family got Peacock TV and I watched a few scenes of one episode and I decided to binge the whole series spent a whole week watching it
"hitchcock just drank his own fish" is a CLASSIC
I'm a simple person; I see B99, I click. Did not need any... "convincing".
My friend showed me “BOOOONE??” and I started watching. I was hooked by the time Charles dropped his muffin.
this made me binge the whole show twice
Today I finished watching b99 for the first time. I cried. I love This show! And I’ll probably rewatch it a lot in the future
"Swallow the gurt" is probably my favourite one it’s so weird but I love it 😂
love this frfr
3:31 Jake knows what’s good.
I already watched it and now i want to watch it again
I need a compilation of the autopsy dude he’s a fave of mine
You had me at I want it that way
Sending this to my friend now
I don’t actually watch the first few episodes in order as a family member would put on the show and I thought it was funny. But the first few funny moments convinced me
4:51 HITCHCOCK GRABBING SCULLY TO PROTECT HIM!? BFF goals
Jokes on you, I watched this video while I'm currently watching Brooklyn 99
A simple FOX ad convinced me to watch
Funny how every song for Rosa is just her name (:
Literally Jake’s first monologue won me 💕
My moment was a clip I found on social media of Jake's proposal to Amy and Boyle fainting 😂 Watched the entire show
S1 E2 cold open. I was convinced to watch bc it went onto Netflix, but I was convinced to stick around with the S1 E2 cold open.
any scene for Hitchcock and Scully is more than enough to watch the show.
I was sold at The first Halloween
Rip Captain Holt.
10.12 is one of the funniest scenes ever 🤣🤣
I am convinced to watch it again for the 10th time
Convincing me to watch Brooklyn 99 (I already watched a lot)for the for the 100th time. LETS GO!!!!
Charles isn’t talking about his oldest arrest 😂
How I wished I could watch for the first time this show
Makes sense now about Rosa, her dad is the Machete 😂😂
charles bedding a 68 year old when he was 20 lollll
Marshed -mellow 😂
Just play season 5, episode 14 to someone who hasn't seen B99, they will be sold in no time.
4:48 this scene would be a start
time to send this to my partner so he can watch it with me
"BONEEEE"
ok i guess ill watch it for the 10th time
I wish we had more CJ
I'm sad because Peralta didn't said "Santiago's sext tape" on the "dying om my back seat"
If i had walked in not knowing anything about b99, and the first scene i watched was the Hitchcock one (beginning of the video) i would've turned around and not watched😭
i miss 99
You assuming that I haven’t watched B99 30 times is offensive
1:04 & 1:20 even Scully was disgusted at that
I only need 1
썸네일만 봐도 웃김ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㄱㅋㅋㅋ
I like CJ 😂😂😂
1:22 even Scully's disgusted by Boyle
I don’t think I can watch it(for my 11th time) now that Captain has passes away maybe just me though…
Not a doctor
I started watching cuz of Jake's secret santa solve cold open
No I want it that way? Nooooo 19:31

That IT guy just broke the IT Hippocratic Oath, never for any reason, hog all the bandwidth in a network for selfish reasons.

What does gurt mean,??
Something I’ve always found funny about Jake breaking that glass is that at first you see Amy’s reflection but as soon as it’s about to break there was no reflection cause it was cgi into the scene
