Very cool.. FYI I'm in San Diego as well and I can be pretty mechanically handy if you ever need a lil' help on a weekend when I'm usually not gonna be workin. I live FT in a converted cargo trailer now going on 2 years! Oh and be careful on that island. They don't always do it, but sometimes they crack down HARD on people having rigs out there past 10pm.
