दुख है न्यायपालिका के इस रवैये से की आपको जब समाज मे अपनी साख कायम करने की इतनी जल्दी है तो माननीय उच्चतम न्यायालय उन्नाव बलात्कार मामले के दोषी जो कि उसके पीड़िता के पिता और चाचा को जान से मारने की कोशिश की वरन कोशिश ही नही की उसमे सफल भी रहे। क्या इस मामले में माननीय उच्चतम न्यायालय स्वतः संज्ञान के साथ काम नही कर सकता , क्या समाज मे ऐसे लोगों को रहने देने की आवश्यकता है,या फिर इन मामलों में मान. न्यायालय को कुछ समझ मे नही आता अरे सबक देने के लिए तो इससे बेहतर कोई मामला ही नही होता जो इंसान गलती करता है और फिर सबूत मिटाने के लिए दो लोगो को जान से मारने का साज़िस करता है और पूर्ण रूप से कामयाब भी रहता है किन्तु क्या होता है तो बस 10 वर्ष का कारावास। यदि माननीय न्यायालय चाहती है कि आम आदमी का भरोसा न्यायपालिका की कार्य शैली पर बना रहे तो वह ऐसे काम करे । मेरी भी भावभीनी श्रद्धांजलि है उस पीड़िता और उसके परिवार के प्रति , पर साथ ही उन्नाव बलात्कार के मामले को मीडिया उतनी कवरेज देगी क्या ,क्या कुलदीप सिंह सेंगर के खिलाफ भी उसी दम के साथ फाँसी के बात को जनता के समक्ष रखेगी क्या???
