This was an HONEST review. And I think they don't need to CHARGE ANYTHING YET, because is obvious is a BETA version. In fact, they must give a lifetime membership to the tester like you and enthusiast who give them feedback in their forum.

It looks like it has major potential, but as of right now it seems like it would just make things too complicated. But definitely going to keep an out for improvements on their end!

I mentioned this plugin last year on your figma tutorial but I couldn't get it to work, hopeless for a novice and the promise is way more than what it actually delivers. Sometimes shortcuts just don't work.

Good tutorial! I had a similar experience with Fignel. I bought the lifetime version awhile back. Hoping it improves over time.

I think this has great potential! If it would work perfectly I would definitely buy it. I like designing websites in Figma the most because I can use my creativity. Building it in Elementor is just something that needs to be done. If a tool can do that it would save me a lot of time!

Hello! Why is it better to design in figma, them convert in elementor?

Would love to see a Elementor vs. Webflow video from you. I'm a 100% Elementor enthusiast but most of the ux designers use webflow and i can't really understand that

i guess wordpress is better cuz it has a lot of features than webflow, webflow its just visuals - wordpress has a ton of plugins ( i use webflow currently and would love to learn elementor wordpress please could you recommend me some

Hi Reno i used to and i have de same problems. BUT if you use the template of plugin have and start whit this structure tje result is much better. I think like you, the plugin have much potencial, needed time

Ok there are a few bugs with fignel... However, I've been using it quite effectively for a few months now with moderate success. My workflow has been to get templates from envato elements and change each element to auto layout. Sure, it doesn't work perfectly everytime but fixing the issues in elementor hasn't been too difficult either. Overall, i judge it on time saved (or not) and stress dealing with bugs. Thus far, for for my use cases, it's definitely saved me time with only a few minor headaches. Clearly not perfect but i"m going to stick with it as i can see its potential.

Hey Rino, thanks always for great tutorials. I have questions. Why is default desktop frame 1440 not 1920? When I move my design to elementor from Figma they look quite different with different background ratio. And why do the fonts look bigger in elementor than Figma even when they are in same pixel size? They are zoomed for like 1.1~1.2x size

I don’t think so.

To consider, they ask you to pay $199 per year to become their beta tester (or more accurately, alpha tester). When I see how it works, the price seems a bit outrageous. More time is spent fixing things with widgets than manually performing the conversion. And btw., the free version is no longer available.

I don't think I'm gonna do that, but I can share my opinion here since I tested them both: I am not a fan of both of them. They both lack a proper way to build up containers. The thing is that these plugins don't know how you want to build your website and what is a smart way to build. So they calculate sizes based on what they see and put most values to pixels, they use way too many containers, and the alignment is never correct. So for now it's just easier to build it yourself without a plugin like that, because fixing all of their mistakes is more work than building it yourself.

I am a complete layman in terms of website designing. I can't even work properly on WordPress. Is there any ai that can help me make a complicated website just by promos ?

I would recommend to try out ZIP WP if you are a beginner. They offer a pretty oke AI Wordpress website builder

the ideea behind is good, but to ask for that price when actually I have to do a double work, no thx. I mean I do it directly in Elementor and that s it

Well... that seems just like a mess to be honest. I wouldn't rely on any of these plugins to touch or do an "interpretation" of my precious design. It didn't get anything right almost. Manual work will be the only way to go at least for some years. Thank you for showing us the product anyway. Cheers!!!

What do you mean?

Potential: huge. Documentation: Terrible. It's been around for some time and doesn't seem to have improved, either in terms of the functionality or the docs. I once tried the Figma-to-Webflow plugin from Webflow and it was pixel-perfect without having to add tags to layers in Figma, so this kind of design-to-publishing concept is definitely possible.

While it looks too raw and inefficient.

I don't like it - I tried it like 8 months ago or something - it worked pretty much the same - so not great. It shouldn't be a paid-tool yet.
