Hi mam am not giving any dairy products

Mam my daughter is 5years and 10th months old she’s diagnosed with mild autism now she can speak two three words and sometimes sentences she can read and write two three words in Hindi and English She expresses her feelings in Hindi but she can understand Hindi and English both So I confused that I talk to her in English or Hindi Our mother tongue is Hindi I am doing OT program at home
