With over a decade of experience in technology & software, Grant has worked in a variety of roles including, Business Development, Solution Engineering, Learning Design, Strategy, Sales Enablement, and Executive Coaching.
Currently, Grant works in leadership development as an executive coach helping new leaders on their journey toward greatness. Working 1:1 and in small group sessions he identifies strengths & growth areas to support onboarding, ramp & on-going development.
Grant holds a degree in Psychology & Communications from Western University in Ontario, Canada, a certificate in Organizational Leadership from The University of Toronto, and his Executive MBA from Quantic School of Business & Technology (class of September 2021).
When he’s not tinkering with tech or coaching clients, Grant is an avid fitness fan & outdoor junkie: running, biking, hiking, swimming - the works! A life-long learner, he loves to expand his mind with a good podcast, video, book or movie.
