Hearing her speak about a mother's guilt touched a chord. I have a career but I always knew I didn't want one that would take me away from my child. Some moments and milestones are precious!

I'm so glad she brought up the guilt. That is something mothers deal with all the time

Indra nooyi is commendable in business. She has to understand what people are understanding and have understood about artificial sugar, organic products amd non-GMOs. People learn by experience to live. Indra learns the trade and talks business. She has to understand the bad future of people being created by artificial sugar, GMOs and other chemicals. Even the hotels started serving natural brown sugar. Best to drink is water and not beverages. She may drink more water than pepsi but she cannot talk for sake of business. Business companies are only to make profits to run their life and not to care the healthiness of people.

The white guy said about bombs, she said Pakistanis would like Pepsi instead of bombs. What is derogatory about it? You should be angry at the white guy. Leadership is about doing the right thing and having a moral compass. Selling sugared water to humanity and screwing their health is not leadership by any stretch of imagination.

This interview had potential to be something magical. Don't get me wrong: Indra Nooyi is an inspiration. She articulates herself very well and makes valid points that resonate with all of us. But the interviewer didn't engage with her responses! He had his set of questions and stuck to them despite anything Indra said. So, the interview came off disjointed despite Indra's brilliance. At the very end, while she is commenting on the two ways her husband can look at being on the bottom of her list, the interviewer brings the interview to an end because time was up. So we never hear what the second way is....

She is really lot more confidence.

What an amazing lady! 25min is a show stealer.
