Ying has gained over a decade of experience in multicultural and multilingual management and project consulting in Asia, EMEA and LATAM. He advises individuals, SMEs and corporations in various industries on national and international expansion, with particular focus on branding and business growth measures, including localization and cultural intelligence, communications and sales growth strategy and digital implementation.
Ying was born in Taiwan but raised in Argentina and US, and currently splits his time between Germany, Turkey and wherever he is needed. He runs the Brand Management Company Delineas Brands in Germany and Colombia, which he established in 2007.
He loves sharing conversations about various topics in relaxed settings with good food and drink, preferably outdoors. Sports, design thinking, and gastronomy are especially fun topics for him
