Im halfway through this video and Im loving it, good to see what you doing Lazar. Im sure there is alot of guys out here, me included who can attest to mind battles, where they feel they need something to give them their mind power back and so what you doing is really good. I followed your journey for quite some time and to see where you came from and going is just sad,but awsome in the same breathe. Keep it up. The mind is powerful its all about how we stimulate it, I needed this video.

This motivated me to make a challenge for myself! I’m from northern USA Pennsylvania and winters coming I’m gonna do a walk from now on in shorts only gonna go outside every now till spring and do the breathing! Then walk and hike the mountains of my land since I currently can’t travel anywhere but this makes me feel so alive mind over matter mindfulness to the max. Peace and love to you all.

When i first jumped in cold water after running was crazy feeling i was running with axe in my backpack only to cut hole inside ice... i was so hyped after it i was able go home with no T-shirt next 10 min.. and i was very confused becouse i expected to freeze but nothing happened like cold dissapiered.. Now when i listen Wim Hof it makes sense we can control many feelings and our body.. We are also stucked in this world where social media, tv and other sources tell us you are able only to do this.. no one give chance to progress something... Win and Lazar are very different but makes sense Lazar like chellenge and progress in life and Wim already teach people to help them and already become mentor of this methode. .. Lazar is maybe on the same way now . . But he was years before too i remember when i was working out and saw Lazar somewhere like motivation. . Find you way.. story continue :) ! ! ! i heard about Kilimanjaro climb guy from Czech Republic did it, its called PPPítr just normal guy but accepted chellenge and become inspiration for many people.. I think this is what you like go for it accept chellenge in way YES theory ! coud be amazing story for next videos :)
