EDIT: I though was a eM2, not a M2 sorry Approximately 3x times a Diesel ones - the cost of part and engine replacement that you would spend buying diesel one. Nothing as a free lunch. However this truck got clever engineering (no clutch, integrated engine on the axle, approx 10x less moving parts that need to be replaced) and, slammed hard, as a dump truck for example, would probably last 1 or 2 million miles. The only thing that is supposed to change during its lifetime is probably the range, estimated roughly to go down 5% every 15 years. However unlike lead acid battery it will still work
