As a mom and now grandmama, if only IF ONLY I could ever get one, let alone both, of my daughters to want to go to a cosplay. I raised them with all the right stuff. I don’t know where I went wrong but, fingers crossed, my 4 year old granddaughter can be charmed correctly.

I'm sure your geekiness will rub off on her! I can only imagine that being a great opportunity for the two of you - my grandma was never a geek, but she did a lot of crafty stuff, which gave me a great foundation for a lot of my creativity today. Here's to inspiring the kiddos!

Fantastic video!!! Super helpful tips and I L O V E D all the costume changes!!! 😆😍🤩 As for budget one of the things my husband does is he takes a quick, overview loop of the dealers room and then he and I chat about what we want to get.

Thank you! I had so much fun with all the costume changes 😀 I've definitely done the overview loop technique before at smaller venues and it is very helpful, as well as the "if I'm still thinking about it hours later, I go back and get it" technique.

Was at a comic con today and deodorant should be number one on peoples list. When queues are big smells spread fast!
