This was probably the best tutorial on AI related content I have come across so far! Definitely got a new subscriber in me. I love the extra length of the video and detailed examples! Good stuff!

I will suck it up and go down your suggested path, my only question as dumb as it may sound is what is the best way to uninstall a webUI. delete the folder where my 1111 is stored and make a new folder? it's 6AM on my end and my brain is fried.

Delete git, delete python, remove folder from c drive the .folder, app data local and roaming, if any, rename stable diffusion folder to 2 or something. Restart pc, reinstate python correct version with path to explorer ticked, install git, install 1111 and load it, check then back up, now do all the extension and check, after each extension, close terminal and re launch it. I know automatic 1111 is a headache, next video is on comfy ui, although it solves the problem of installation, it’s like wires in your brain inter connecting with so many things.

Sorry to disturb you again,...I followed your steps, uninstalled everything and reinstalled stable diffusion Auto1111, and about 12 extensions, but .....I'm starting to believe the extension for controlnet is removed from the Github repository, am I going nuts? Are you seeing it?

you not need download preprosessor ui download them models u need, but it mean it would work just without model lol

8:08 yes yes seed is different. now use same seed without openpose vola. you could just ask better promt and get that same LOL if training data on used model have poses like that, but if not you will sure see open pose try do it xD mean programmed to do AI. and only do what was trained nothing new is generated. it just mix trained data

It's possible to animate this joints?

Open Pose you mean, yeah via aimate diff. Not got around to make a tutorial for that yet myself, but plenty are available on KZread.

I installed automatic 1111 yesterday for the first time ever and today I managed to installed several extensions, except I was unable to install controlnet. I followed your tutorial and several other channels on stable diffusion, which provided identical installation but each time I get a "JSONDecodeError: Expecting value: line 8 column 1 (char 7)" Please give it a try based on your tutorial. What's going on?? Thank you in advance.

Something got to do with python and reading json file. I never got this error in multiple test installs, please check this if it helps github.com/AUTOMATIC1111/stable-diffusion-webui/issues/3987 My suggestion would be to uninstall everything, delete all folder manually restart and re install following one tutorial. Let me know how it goes.

Let me ask, could the problem be on Github end? because I installed multiple extensions. I'm a newb and uninstalling and reinstalling means I have to go over the long tutorials just to install 111. Also, when was your last test done? @@controlaltai

@gomezabel8880 I don’t think so, I used used my tutorial and links to re install it 2 weeks back, upgraded the pc to 7950x3d. The error is mostly user end, some file getting corrupt, anti virus quarantining python files, etc. I suggest you just watch 1 tutorial, choose any one you are comfortable with, and go with that. Mixing tutorials turned me mad in the early days, before I made my own thing after trials and errors. If you think problem is with an extension, try disabling all the latest extensions. Extensions causing error can be possible.
