nice videos man! small tip i learned which you've probably already learned by now but, when you have 3 small boxes in your hands and you're trying to put them on the truck, it ends up being weird and picking up boxes instead of placing them. use right click when placing on the truck and it will not pickup a box off the truck. It got so annoying to me until i saw the keybind down bottom right of the screen while looking at the truck with 3 packages in hand.

The personal vehicle spot is for when you do the contract with the supplied car, your personal vehicle will teleport to it when you finish the job

I believe that it's complaining about not being able to find the personal car on the source location to be transfer to the destination location, where you parked yours. Would treat it as a false-positive warning, aka don't worry about it.

If you go into the city you can buy another cargo vehicle and it's up in the top right-hand corner you'll see the small icon

When you trade in vehicles make sure you have barely any gas in it just like they do to us when we purchase the vehicles lol

When they did the update they messed up the breaking down of boxes and stuff because before of the update you could break down the stuff and it would give you scrap they need to fix it
