Essential elements of a contract of bailment: (1) Bailment is of movable goods (2) Bailment involves transfer of goods from bailor to bailee. Such delivery can be actual, constructive or token. (3) The transfer of goods under bailment is temporary and for a specific objective which is also temporary. (4) The goods must be delivered intentionally, by the bailor to the bailee, either directly or through the bailor's agent.
