At first I thought player two was not quite as good until I realized their strategy for that wall climber was for one player. Very nice guys.

Wow! You guys had this down to a science. When I was a kid me and a friend would play this constantly. We weren't going for speed runs but just seeing how awesome we were. We conquered normal mode (no deaths) and when we were going to try mastering hard mode my friend had to move so we never did get to. I never did see that final boss chase you while on the helicopter. That was pretty sweet.

Oh my, the memories. 22 years ago I played this game so often with a friend that we started on easy and played trough medium and hard without dying once :) We didn´t take the time though and he died last year from cancer, so yes, damn you life :(

Because we want L for the stage 4 and 5 bosses. In stage 4 because of the range, and in stage 5 because of the reduced lag.

Great speed run. I like the strategy during the run and gun segments where one player constantly scrolls the screen forward, while the other clears the way of those pesky random runners. Didn't many bombs being used.I'm guessing to avoid lagging the game and creating additional time?

La Dignidad If you don't know what you are talking about, don't comment! It's in HARD!!! They are just working together. Bosses do certain things on HARD, I can tell. I looked over it carefully. But don't be fooled, these bosses are HARD if you don't know what you are doing.

no you don't. you can just shoot twice the amount of bullets whith constantly switching weapons while holding down Y to shoot

3Vi141i3N Note this only really applies to non rapid weapons. The idea is that for weapons that have a cool down (crush guns, which can only fire a few volleys at a time), you can negate the pause by switching weapons.

+Mancebo En easy no sale el jefe con armadura al final, y ademas el primer sub jefe del stage 3 no saca el taladro en easy. y ademas en easy salen 4 diferentes que pueden salir en el cerebro en vez de 8. Y otra cosa, los misiles estan a alta velocidad, en easy y normal casi nunca se ponen de fila de cuatro, eso es mas comun en hard.

When lying down, the player character's hitbox is much smaller (there's only a small part of the arm where you can get hit) than when standing or jumping.

Yep, that's why! Firing one weapon while the other reloads/is on cooldown.
