Meanwhile, urban areas become vast oceans. Videos posted online showed that roads were flooded, and the underground garage entrance of Yihe Yili Community was almost completely flooded, and vehicles were trapped.
The local area has closed 13 underground overpasses, including Qiyang Road and Linxijiu Road under Yanshi Railway, Yimeng Road and Gujiayuan Road under South Suhe Road, and Yimeng Road under North Suhe Road.
