What causes the bow to ip so much here? The waves don't appear that large. Is their a weird current or huge outgoing tide?

I do think there is a weird current in Coruna, plus it's a smaller ship so it would be affected by whatever waves or currents there are. I've seen ships roll on the beam quite severely in the St. Lawrence River due to severe under-toes. Could be caused by the tides raising and lower as well.

Are the seas around Coruna ever calm.. Also, there must be quite an undertow here as well.

We bring that ship new from Shanghai to Hamburg the other one is opdr Tangier and at the engine Dept. Were only 3 on that kind of weather we have a good sleep and a nice meal while the other ship is on distress the giant MSC split in half captain says how can we help we're 4 days here at bay of biscay 1 week more we arrive at port of Ceuta and the MSC is already there only from midship to aft she arrive on time even without the other half up to focastle nice nice and even our bow is submerge half way around at least we arrived and I don't care if we're not the champion the 3rd runner up hit the bottom of bay of biscay and the 4th is heading to the wrong line she reached at grand canary fuckin nay love working working on ship..................
