No u open it till u think its good but make sure it's the same amount when drawing both the points

The question is specifically asking you to use a perpendicular bisector. Using a compass would just be not listening to the question! Hope this helps :)

first draw a line. then draw a line again on the edge so it looks like this: I I I I____________ after that draw a line going up from that edge so it looks like this: I I I I I I I____________I Now attach the lines at the top it should look like this now: ______________ I I I I I I I____________I or this ❏ {sorry i tried my best to explain :)}
