I recently bought a car and I Informed car dealership of disability, showed my adaptive license. They suggested change in license after buying. RTO said modification is only possible during purchase. Now both offer no solutions.

At the time of registration in adapted vehicle category you must have adapted vehicle licence

@@mvikailash I had the adoptive license and I showed it to the dealership during the time I bought my car but dealership didn't change my vehicle to adoptive and now RTO is refusing that they can't do anything also dealership has also refused saying we didn't have any information for disabled person and adaptive vehicle Now what should I do ?
