Construction of the Tontitown Water Tower
On my way to work one day I noticed a water tower being built alongside the highway. Since the construction site was not too far from where I live I thought it would be interesting to design a drone mission (flight path) and fly that same mission every day or so as the water tower was being built. That way, I could capture video at various stages of construction then blend the segments together to produce a seamless transition from the early stages through to the completion of the project. This movie is the result of video captured from eight flights over the 100 days of construction of the water tower.

It more than likely was welded from the inside, at least at first. That's a common practice for anything that'll be under pressure. It kinda guarantees a solid joint.

Thanks Randy. I've never had any of the wine but I've been told it is rather sweet.

@@wesbarris & Randy, this is Summer, of the Tontitown Winery.. HI! We actually have 14 different varieties of wine bottled right now, ranging from very dry to sweet. Only about 4-5 that are on the sweet side. We would love to have you all out to try anytime. We are open daily from 11a-6p Mon-Sat and 12-5p on Sundays. Wes, great job on the video..
