    @@Learnnhvfun I really enjoyed a lot from these video.. and shared as much I could Few suggestions if possible and of course if you consider 1. Make playlist according to class level like 6,7,8,9,10 and so on 2.kindly share links where to purchase material required for practicals from Amazon or other source. It will be beneficial for all because in many remote parts even bar magnet or neodyonium magnets are not easily available.. These will make these your videos more useful as I think so Thanks and regards

    Watch the video at 4:54 , and u would get that Sir has taken split copper strips . And as the rectangular copper wire rotates, the strip along with it also do rotate itself and thus the current goes on move in the same direction as before in each half Of the rectangular copper wire . There is a role of " rotating" split copper strip in rotating the copper wire

    F = B I L Force experienced by a arm of current carrying loop depends on three factors. 1. Strength of magnetic field B 2. Magnitude of current I 3. Length L of the wire under the field So try increasing the force either by increasing external magnetic field by using strong magnets 🧲. OR by increasing the numbers of cells or voltage. I used 6V by combining 4 AA cells in series. Keep the wire lighter by taking SWG 22 or 24 wire and take 50/60 number of turns. Don't make the loop too much heavy. Also keep the axle lighter.. you can use pencil or even lighter kulfi sticks.

    That means rotator is not getting enough torque.. How many cells you are using? Use 4 AA cells to get a voltage of 6V

  • @Learnnhvfun

    @Learnnhvfun

    3 жыл бұрын

    Rotator may also stop if there is friction between wires and split rings (as in my case I didn't used carbon brushes) or between brushes and split rings in general.. Make sure split rings are smooth and there is no roughness.

    Saw your question in notification which you then deleted..you were asking about carbon brushes.. Here I avoid use to carbon brushes or any other brush to make contact with split rings because I used pencil as an axle which is supported on a safety pin.. this arrangement makes the axle a little shaky.. you can observe the motion of pencil in the video.. if I connect a carbon brush then that contact with brush is not stable.. soon the shaking movement of pencil push away the brush.. So I hold both wires from the battery and manually connect it with slip rings..
