Salaam. Ma'am in the 1st report it is stated that president can dissolve the assembly only if pm permits him to do so. So how did Ghulam Muhammed who was the governor general of pakistan removed Prime-Minister of that time (Khuwaja Naazim ud din)?? And what is the difference between governor general and president? And what does it mean that "the government was dissolved but the cabinet remained same"? Kindly try to reply as soon as possible, my exams are near and the concept is still not clear. Thank you.
