Why have you not considered 2 on calculating share consideration?

I just stumbled on your video... very comprehensive I must say. However, Please why did you do away with the 2 in the calculation of the share exchange? The answer should be $7000 by my calculation. Please explain if it was deliberate or an oversight on your part.

My observation, in your calculation for getting purchase Consideration by exchange of shares, you said (5000/5*2*$3.5)=3500 can you give a reason while you omitted the 2 cause the initial value was meant to be $7000. i will appreciate if you can help me clear this.

Hello sir, what would happen if a parent company acquires shares of more than 60% which makes them to own the company in terms of control but the remaining 40% which is the NCI happens to have a majority of the board of directors in the board. how is control going to be dealt with in that case cause both scenarios qualifies the requirements of exercising control. please visit back.
