Can you talk a bit about where you place your second hand when setting up these different releases? I think I understand the difference between the 11,10 and 9 releases but not 100% sure how you setup to help you reach those angles!

The clock system is just where you have your fingers pointing as you hold the ball at setup, correct?

I do. I have an app on my phone called Tenpin Toolkit that makes it super easy to track my ball speed.
