The need for accountability is a big one. The "Boleh lah" and "cinchai" "attitudes" need to go. Just basic lazy attitude in not maintaining the systems is Not good enough. Unnecessary advertising and parties done by CEOs need to go!! That money should be utilised to improve services and efficiency of transportation.

Excellent dialogue. Rare is the gem that appears. Leadership by example from Kerajaan Perpaduan and all for the negara and rakyat gains. More people need to be employed in aviation. There have been too much cutbacks. The digital systems are as doggy as hell!! Older citizens are not able to use digital systems at the crazy speeds that young citizens can. Constant breakdown of transportation is costing tremendous pressure and cost on the very poor who cannot afford cars etc. Think through of the elderly needs.

I am 60 and I do not find it a problem doing govt transaction on the web. The only thing I do not like is a private service provider collecting ‘toll’ on every transaction. If they do a cost analysis, it is more cost efficient if each department does it’s own credit card or Touch&Go payments being controlled by a central body like some sort of shared service amongst govt department. PS : If the older ones cannot cope, just get a younger tech savvy family member to help out, easy as that. Driver license can be renewed once every 5 years!

I would be proud to hear from visitors to our country says that our airport and land transport are on par with other countries like Singapore, Korea or Japan. This starts with the people in charge of the ministry. YB Anthony Loke is an leader whom believes if you want it done well, do it yourself. Everyone should follow suit this approach for all ministries.

In short, to sum up Anthony Loke’s approach, Good is not Good where Better is expected ! 😊

YB Loke not only want to create a highly efficient and top quality public transportation system, he also aims to make Malaysian System in the top 3 spots of world leading public transportation while he is in charged of the department. That had been his Minsterial's goal all along since he first became the transport minister few years ago. Since then, he had been working his as* off to reach his set goal despite much difficulty ahead.

Alhamdulillah we got Loke again!

This is how a minister should monitor the operation of his ministry. If you announce yr visit, the department concerned would spend unnecessary ringgit to stage a good administration. Every thing will be covered up. The other thing that all departments have to get rid off is spending onunnecessary standard uniforms for that particular occasion. These uniforms which is expensive esp given to crony tailors will only be used once.

If you ask me, I listen to both side the interview. Be it transport, to plantations and commodities or whatever ministries, I think DAP and the BN do more or less the same. Only exception I think is that Anthony Loke went to solve the E. Malaysia airplane problem. He resolve that high cost issue and make sure everyone can go home.

To me within this initial three month’s period of newly formed unity government under PMX’s leadership, it is beyond reasonable doubt that Anthony Loke has performed a lot of miracles with significant colours and he is the best Minister of Public Transport in the world we Malaysian is very proud of. He is definately one in a million God has bestowed us with a wise MP of integrity, diligent and passionate who will definately perform his duties to the best of his ability.

On airports, please appreciate and cultivate the existing staff, many of whom genuinely try to help travellers across all the problems and breakdowns. Our people is what makes airports in this East side of Asia waaaaAyYYyY better than in western countries these days, which is getting very ‘lepas tangan’ and more American in the negligible hospitality. I’ve been through unreliable air travel places in the Pacific but because their *people* help you manage through it, it’s not as sickening as more modern airports where the staff just don’t care. Also, i think air passengers should be aware that our delays are sometimes because of other countries’ airport problems, because at least a couple times my plane delays are because the plane was really late arriving from another country because of issues at the other airport - whether weather or worker shortages or strikes etc. So it’s not even just our own aviation ecosystem, but also affected by other countries too. But of course we should be the efficient one and not cause problems to connecting airports. Changi is a great example. Wrt to sustainable transportation, a lot more potential lies in the states that haven’t hyper urbanised as the Klang Valley. There’s still chance for them to design their towns and future cities to embed sustainable transport lifestyles. I really hope the ministry for urban development or whatever it’s called now also gets it and works with transport ministry to make sure the second generation urbanising states in malaysia is not designed to be car centric.

Help is needed for senior citizens who traval alone at airports. Sometimes hardly find one. Seniors arenot computer savvy, we need ppl to help us print our boarding pass, tickets etc, no where to find

I find it illogical that we have to pay 50 sen just to top up our Touch 'n' Go stored value cards at the service counter of the LRT stations. Most of the LRT stations do have a self service machine to top up the cards.The transport ministry should look this matter.

Dapat boss macam A.Loke,kerja pun seronok.sebab kalau dapat boss yg slow to actions,parak kerja.

Hope Minister Loke can solve the horrendous traffic congestion at the checkpoints between Singapore and JB. Perhaps the introduction of ferry services between the two countries will solve the problem.

Here we are some idiots want Air Asia to refund immediately those that the airline is owning. YB Loke, tolong baikpulih /teluskan sistem polis repot kemalangan kereta agar sarjan polis tak boleh paksa pelapor repot ‘derma’ kepada sarjan sebelum sarjan sudi mengeluarkan polis repot kemalangan kepada pelapor. Sarjan tahu pelapor perlu repot tersebut untuk buat tuntutan insurans kemalangan kereta

For the past 22 years, Old KLANG ROAD is still jam. Cause by bottle neck before disperse into federal highway.. Daily 500,000 vehicles were stuck to n fro along Old KLANG ROAD..

What the Rakyat want to see a Minister to improve the management of the process. If that is the case, I would strongly recommend that the Minister to sack all relevant personal that is in-charge their roles and responsibility. SACK is the clear message. What happen without a Minister meaning Rakyat will have to suffer, right?

Especially the efficiency of the immigration officer, if compared to the Singapore custom officer, they are working efficiently all the time, but I feel officer of the JB custom always with a sleepy face

The idiot wee kah Seong only knows to point fingers to others & make stupid noise in the Parliament...I urge all Malaysia Chinese to vote for DAP solidly & never make any mistake to choose MCA & any other Chinese base society...
