Never heard one comic say he started out with morphine at 9, moved onto alcohol for a year (downing a liter in a shot or two, ate mushrooms by the 1/4 oz every time, did acid for two years straight almost daily, and always doubling the dose. Ended your acid binge at 43 hits of the best acid to hit NE. Then went on to take ecstasy for 3-4 years while wearing a Vic’s vapor rub soaked face mask 24/7, while mixing records. All while snorting endless Roxie’s, Oxie’s and great heroin the whole time. Sorry but people in NYC were just p*ssies compared to us Mainers. We were actually bored, and we had the good shit, because we needed it, just to stay sane🤷‍♂️ You guys tell these stories (even Bert) that just sound like girls using their pinky nails to take bumps. I’ve snorted have a quarter finger of heroin, and then drove back to Maine, got pulled over by the New Hampshire state troopers (because we were doing 95 up I-95. Drug dogs sniffed all our asses (fillies with heroin), then let go. Even though we had to flip the old McDonald’s tray upside down to hide the straws and dope. Then sped off smiling at them, because they couldn’t catch us. Sorry, but I was robbing stores, while driving in Boston at age 12, and I never got caught. I grew up driving dirt bikes, so it wasn’t even stressful by age 12, it was just the norm. NYC is my favorite city… but its inhabitants are soft. At least soft compared to Mainers🤷‍♂️🤣🤣🫶🫶🫶🫶
