I define Consciousness as the ultimate truth behind this manifested world that we live in. Energy and Matter, both are founded in the basis of Consciousness. Matter is Stored Energy. Energy is the exchange of Consciousness. These definitions are not meant to help explain anything physical in this world (as most of Science attempts to do). These defintions focus on explaining the world behind the physical things that we see and experience.
Understand your reality and then dive deeper to understand the truth behind that reality. Even for people who share the same experience, everyone has a different reality and awareness about what happened. To bridge that gap, everyone needs to understand that there is a gap that exists. If after realizing there is a gap, a person still wants to live in their own world, let them. They are content with their lives and they are on a different path. Support them if they are dear to you and let them go in the rest of the cases.
