Double sided insulation i picked up at home depot.
Outside temp 65. Humidity probably low.
It dried really fast with the fan. Use a fan to get a good tack so you can keep putting layers. if not it'll just rewet it and push it around.
For folding and placing the insulation i folded as shown.
