It's super fun. I always need some extra motivation to get moving and it helps to know that I'm working towards a goal. Plus the medals are awesome!

I just started with my Mount Pack!! Im having trouble with my apple health and fitness progress. They count sometimes my steps trough the day and I can’t see to find an off button for that. Im currently obese and I’m trying to get to 175 for my army enrollment. This Challenges have motivated me to another level!! 28% of Everest. Still haven’t started Fuji or Kilimanjaro!! THIS MEDALS ARE INSAANEE!! LETSSS GOOO

Best of luck on your challenges! Right now I'm doing two challenges so I enter my steps in manually. However I used to have it set to count all steps so i know you can disable that in the settings. I'm currently working on Cabot Trail which is a good 185 miles :)

Fantastic video and very well done. Not come across this video before but it was really good to watch. Finished the Appalachian Trail VC yesterday and starting the Niagara Fall VC today which will be my ninth. Keep the videos coming as this one was great to watch, thank you!

Ooo haven't done Appalachian yet! I just finished Cabot trail which took a while because it was a long one and the weather has been terrible!

I love love my challanges. I have swom the English Channel and I am swimming the Niagara falls now and the next will be the Great Berrier Reef. And I am walking the Lord of the Rigs challanges and I am already walking the eye of Sauron. Great update walking and I wish you a lot of amazing walks.

Yes - Shipping is included in the price of the medal. After you complete your challenges you just confirm the shipping address and it gets sent out :)

I was looking at these but since you can fake the #s if you really wanted you are basically buying a medal.. it's just going to a race handing over your CC and getting a medal and never running. I walk with Garmin app it gives me digital badges but I can't fake it because it uses the watch to track my real steps. *shrug*

I suppose you COULD cheat the system, but I don't know why you WOULD do that. Since the reward is motivation and self satisfaction there's really no reason to cheat - You'd only be cheating yourself.

What are the medals made of, and where are they shipped from?

The medals are made from a fairly heavy metal. Maybe iron? Definitely heavier than aluminum. They have different shipping centers depending on where you're located. There's one in the US that ships to US and Canadian destinations and another in Europe. From the website: Medals are sent from either the USA, the Netherlands or the UK. For US destinations, they are sent via USPS. For GB destinations, they are sent via Royal Mail. For EU destinations, they are sent via DHL For Canadian destinations, they are sent via Asendia. For other international destinations, they are sent by FedEx FIMS, Asendia or DHL Global Mail. You'll receive an email with your tracking number once your medal has been dispatched.

They are a nice painted metal and many of them have hidden "surprises" - Parts that move, hidden items, etc!
