He does a great job. I don’t believe he applies the dirt himself he shows footage retrieving from the dumpster and he says there are plenty rugs that he was unable to clean and that were damaged that he didn’t upload.

The dirt just keeps coming out! Every time I think, "Well, that's got to be fairly clean already, " you bring out a ton more dirt! Your commitment to a complete clean is so impressive. If you ever have a rug that can't find a home when you're done, I'll take it. This one turned out to be so beautiful under all that grime. \Well done, sir!

Such a pretty rug, I'm glad you saved it. It amazes me that all this dirt and sludge on some of these rugs doesn't stain the fibres, or do we just not get to see those ones. If possible, it'd be great to hear the back story of how these rugs get so dirty.
