Hi August, Have you ever tried rain gloves? I tried some after a rainy golf outing with a friend who had them and was stunned how well they worked. Our daughter borrowed them for riding dressage in the rain, and I chose to buy myself another pair. She didn't want to give them back! Thanks to you and the crew for sharing all the knowledge in these great vids. Wish I knew all this when I was climbing and blocking trees down 30 years ago with just gaffs and a couple lanyrds. Have been scratching that old itch again. Your store's service is top shelf! Keep them prayers up, we could use all the help we can get!

The MonkeyBeaver crew making the wet and challenging work look mighty easy . Thanks for sharing and keep yourselves safe! 😃👍❤🌲 Randy

MB 2.0 has been the best saddle I've used in 18 years of tree work. Since you mentioned the adjustable bridge, I actually take it a step further and untie it. It only takes a few seconds to tie a stopper knot, and you can easily adjust the length of your bridge when you put on the saddle. A lot of climbers struggle with the concept of tying and untying the knot, thinking about how difficult it is to loosen after months of climbing on the same bridge. It's actually really easy if you do it on a regular basis. An open bridge makes it even easier to put on, no moving parts, no added expense.

August, A lot of the time I think it looks so easy, and it was refreshing to see this, the weather, the sprawling nature of the tree, the delicate surroundings, etc. make for quite the challenge. It looked like you ended up sitting on several of the branches/leads as you made your way around reducing the extremities. Was that due to the weather conditions or the branch angles vs your tie in angles? or perhaps both? How is Adam healing up?

WOW SO MANY COMMENTS. hopefully you see this question on the skid steer splitting drills. Which brand was your favorite ? also did you have any issuses with hydraulic fluid heating up. we recently demoed 2 Drills the 1st one blew out on demo the other worked great. However my ditchwitch 1500 developed a fluid leak to find out the casing had a hair line crack causing a leak. Was it the drill or just a fluke coincidence? have any input?? Thank you in advance.

It really adds some stress to a days work (rain or snow) ! 😔😕Been there done that ...
Nice 😊 🎉🤠🤙🤙👌💯what’s up August 👋👋😍 and team!!!!!🌲🥳🥳👍
You're top notch just as good as colin Bergeron from Maine
Attempt at comedy alert: 🎶 I'm chainsawing in the rain oh what a glorius feeling chainsawing in the Raaaaain 🎶. God Bless Hope you and all your family and all your crew are doing well. Remake of the old Singing in the Rain video
Oh, that's Heather in the pink 😊

Enjoyed the video. You love the climbing, rigging, cutting, etc. It shows. How's the back? I get a shooting pain in my right hip region every now and then. I just push through it. Father time trying to tell me something??? I ain't listening!

I spotted that JACKET early on and was going to comment on it and the makers came on later but PERFECT PROTECTION for the rain that greeted you today! Wonder if they make gloved of the same fabric? If they do, I'll buy you a pair! I cringe watching you walk down limbs & trunk with that GREEN CARPETTING cover! BE SAFE!
I remember living in Oregon, on the "wets "coast...
the beaver boys
Nice
Something about being fully comfortable working in the rain that just feels good! Always looking forward to new content from you and your crew! BTW were you able to locate that carabiner that jumped ship at 14:15?!

Slay the Monster! Like they say in the Marine Corps. If it ain't raining, We ain't Training.
Cripes! How many traffic near misses did you see while up there?!
Hey August what kind of lanyard are you using? I just bought the Notch rope grab, it sucks, can't get it to release with my weight? I've been using a double lanyard my entire career would love to have an easy release able one for sure.
👍👍
What’s the wet weather gear that you like the best!?
The beaver nice. Just runs off. Plus like it got a rugby league player n oz. Beaver menzies, not the fastest biggest. But yer he went hard. Thanks
after a job like this i would take the ranchero for à ride!
That was a tree that went on forever ! What was the time on that job ?
Heeey buddy. Quick question. I noticed an extra carabiner. Do you have a backup carabiner going through your zigzag just in case that little swivel breaks? that's what it kinda looks like but I could be wrong. awesome job and thanks for the vids, man. I don't know what I would do without them. I learn so much and it makes my job easier and safer.

That biner holds the Reon Rounds tether onto the zigzag
WOW SO MANY COMMENTS. hopefully you see this question on the skid steer splitting drills. Which brand was your favorite ? also did you have any issuses with hydraulic fluid heating up. we recently demoed 2 Drills the 1st one blew out on demo the other worked great. However my ditchwitch 1500 developed a fluid leak to find out the casing had a hair line crack causing a leak. Was it the drill or just a fluke coincidence? have any input?? Thank you in advance.
Who ported ur echo august ?? I got 2 that nick Stoeckel did for me and the little saw is sweet with the ported work
