I think the biggest difference here is that boxing doesn’t fights the same way mma does, so a lot of mma fans think Masvidal won, I was told by my uncle who is life long boxing fan, that by boxing standards, Diaz kept walking back and pushing back Masvidal, even if it wasn’t the hardest punches, he was the most active, Masvidal had a lot of moments of inactivity where he just let Diaz tee off on him, so to boxing standards, that won him the fight. Idk to tbh, I’m just happy it was a fun fight haha.
