There is not one fighter in history (below LHW > HW) who got better after putting on that much muscle. Imagine if Pacquiao or Mayweather came into the ring one night with 30-40 lbs of mirror muscle? Its utter poison to skill, timing, cardio, everything. He fights again looking like this, and it will be a quick night.

Getting his confidence back! I know that feeling when u train see progress and feel like King Kong cant beat you! However Conor should remember that’s he s gonna train consistent for only 4-5 months maybe while others fighter are doing it pretty much all year round. So he should be careful

nah nice and flowy conor was the best, wish he'd never got it in his head that he's a boxer, what made him great was being open and creative, now he's limiting himself for some reason with this boxing obsession

Cuz after being vaunted as having the touch of death, he found he couldn't crack an egg against and old small Mayweather, and its messed with his head ever since: which is why pretty much every training video of him now is sitting down on every shot, hitting the punch shield, trying to look like Gennady Golovkin. I havent seen him throw a light, fluid combo on the pads since the Alvarez buildup

It’s all about conditioning. If he’s not in his greatest condition as possible, he’s not gonna be as fast is not gonna be able to last as long. He may be able to fight for two days straight if he comes in in great shape, but he won’t be able to fight for it two rounds if he comes in in you know the ring without training. If you don’t use it, you lose it if you don’t train and maintain you lose every game.

His distance and footwork was key……. That’s not evolution, that’s going backwards, any credible boxing coach will tell you the first line of defense is FOOTWORK……. It’s better to not get hit at all, as opposed to having to block… blocking is a 2nd to 3rd line of defense. (With the exception of catch counters). His reach, and ability to control range was what made Conor so good. Take that away and you take away what made him unique and dangerous.

@@combatsportsculture6469 doesn't mean shit. It's just a different look. He could start the fight in his karate style stance or he could come out in a boxing stance. He can do both.
