First, I love and respect Shannon. With that being said, I just can not agree with what he's saying. 'If I tell you I'm offended, stop, apologize, and move on'. This is just ridiculous. Because you're offended by something, doesn't mean it's offensive or that I have to apologize for it. It is clear to me that the media is pushing a race fight narrative here, and I don't really mind to a certain extent. This won't be the first, nor the last time a pre-fight hype goes over the edge. But when you start stating that Conor is actually racist in everydays life (as Skip and Shannon did), I have to say stop. The repercussions of such accusations will go beyond this fight, and this could really hurt the man on the long run. Americans really need to travel more and open-up to the rest of the world, it will help them acquire a certain nuance to cultural differences. IT IS REALLY REALLY NEEDED HERE. But that just my opinion.
