NASCAR will be back in Chicago for 2025. The new mayor pockets all the money that comes into the city

Just return to Chicagoland then no one will be concerned with shaking paintings off museum walls or running cars into buildings. Plus the fans want more ovals (especially 1.5 mile) and hate road courses. Zilisch will be a great addition to JRM's full time lineup. Hopefully they can get a full season for Kvapil as well.

some of the other fans nEEDS more roadcourse, this aint the 90 or 2000s. they shows that nascar drivers cAN drive on right turns, times change nascar need to compete with f1 , so droping some boring ovel races for street and roadcourses is the right move.

I'm not sure I want to see Connor Z go to Cup. Not because I think it's inferior or anything like that, but simply because he's good in everything and Cup guys don't get to do 'other things' with the intense schedule and the requirement to run every race. It'd be good for him and it's probably where he ends up, though.

This show is so much better than any of the other shows (minus Dirty Mo) out there. Mike Davis needs to sign you to a contract!

I enjoyed the race last year is was super fun to watch .I will watch this year .I love stocks cars on streets races

@@miketwotwenty Only time will tell. Dale Jr. nor Trackhouse own a truck team and I’m sure this is one that Chevy wants to stay in their pipeline and Trackhouse wants to try to keep in there’s until they ultimately lose him to Hendrick.

Definitely need to keep him in the Chevy family!!!

Nobody that goes to watch a split second of action is gonna spend 1000 bucks so I don’t get all there numbers. 100000 people supposedly went last year, and they made 100 million bucks. The math and the race just don’t add up.

A NASCAR street race is an amazing idea. But the course as is kinds sucks. It's like a figure 8 but not a figure 8. I would rather see a bit of a winding course. But i don't think we will ever see it.

My son purchased tickets for the Saturday & Sunday race. Also, this will be my first NASCAR race. Can’t wait🎉🎉🎉

If zilisch goes to JRM, either sammy smith or brandon jones will be out the door, most likely brandon since he sucks and sammy just appears to be having a bad year

They’re not getting rid of Justin Allgaier. He’s too damn good. And I don’t see Sam Mayer going anywhere else or moving up to Cup. Sammy Smith and Brandon Jones are clearly the weak links at JRM. There’s no question about that. I don’t know that they’d get rid of Brandon Jones. So that leaves Sammy Smith. Sammy Smith has done next to fuck all in that 8 car. So… sorry, Sammy Smith fans, your guy is probably the odd man out if they get Carson Kvapil or Connor Zilisch. But like I said, I don’t know that they’d get rid of Brandon Jones in the 9 car, so it’s likely gonna wind up being either Carson Kvapil or Connor Zilisch. And if I was a betting man, I’d probably have to say that Carson Kvapil is more Xfinity Series ready than Connor Zilisch.

Considering there’s a chance SVG goes to cup next year, i think a JRM driver will snag that seat if Zilisch joins on, or Daniel Dye gets that seat (He runs part-time for Kaulig’s 10 team)
