Reports not asking the real questions, “do you feel you got away with a slash to the face on Hughes that saw blood coming out his face, the video doesn’t lie?” Also “do you feel Kane thought he was the karate kid and thought sweeping the legs of Hughes gave him an upper advantage?” Oilers played dirty, refs weren’t calling anything, I don’t care if it was on both sides. Major dick moves like a stick to the face needs to be called and the ref telling Hughes to go patch up is like adding salt to the wound. NHL Commissioner needs to wake the fuck up!!!

Refs were hideous But that was a game suspension level call that got ignored because of who did it and that is not right.

Main takeaway from that game is you aren't even allowed to look at McDavid or it's a penalty but you can somehow just do whatever you want to Quinn Hughes and it's all good. Good to see where the refs stand. Also Canucks are 0-8-1 when Kelly Sutherland is reffing but I'm sure that's just a coincidence.

The brutal interference in the back of Hughes after the slash to the face was just as bad Connor is a dirtbag and gets away with murder

imagine if Cole didn't help them score those goals against the Canucks, this series would probably be 2 - 0 instead of a 1 -1 tie

Over the past few years, with the Canucks being out of the playoffs so often, the Oilers were always the team that I followed in their stead. After losing this game, I've officially denounced the Edmonton Oilers, and Zach Hyman, McDavid, and Draisatl can all go to hell lol

If the Oilers make the finals Mcdavid and Draisaitl will have nothing left lol. 1 line team. Happened with Washington aswell for many years. Playing the top guys way too much.

I hate it, but you need to be a little chippy, a little dirty even to win the cup. If the refs ain't calling it, its now part of the game- ain't his job to call the game. That said, accidents happen both ways...this series is going to get a hella lot more violent because of the 💩 reffing on this game.

Nobody expected Van to make the playoffs. People in Ed think this team is going to the Cup and will win. They will not even make the finals. You cannot win with 3 guys

The oilers were in both games, however you want to slice it. Are you suggesting edmonton can't beat Vancouver in any game going forward? You're only deceiving yourself. Not garunteeing the oilers will win but get real.
