The conversion of ACE 1 to ACE 2 happens in the lungs so that's what causes the nagging cough ! Just a little something I always remember ☺️

Thank you so much for the kind words :) It really means a lot to me that my videos are helping you! I"m honored to help!
LPN of ten years just going back for my RN. Cramming for my cardiac final tomorrow - I never realized how much auditory helps especially for reinforcing. Truly a life saver.
Wish you were my aunty's nurse, she has been in afib for over three years and the cardiologist keep saying she was ok that her afib was controlled. Within those 3 years he sent her for 4 nuclear stress test, never told her the results. Last year she started gaining weight for no reason, she couldn't even walk 2 steps, had severe out of breath, felt like she was choking while laying down. She has been on Metoprolol and warfarin for the past 11 years, every night she takes them she feels weak and faint. The cardiologist brushes every thing off, it's her medical doctor that had to get the results and tell her that she had heart failure. The cardiologist said she has to be on water pills for life to help the swelling. Her heart is deteriorating and he is not doing anything to help her. I've understood so much more now about her condition just from watching your videos. You are excellent at explaining, thanks for taking the time to do so, and please continue to post these kinds of videos, they are very helpful.
I have an exam over heart failure tomorrow & I feel SOOO much more confident after watching these videos! I got a 96% on your quiz, too! Thank you SO much!!

Sarah, thank you so much for your wonderful lectures. I'm so thankful you included the cardiac meds understanding with these HF teachings. My teacher doesn't lecture, so you are getting me through the 2nd semester of my nursing program in a major way! So much appreciation for you.
My husband said he's on ace inhibitor before for his bp control but then he experienced the persistent cough so his physician shifted his meds to beta blockers. I'm here again just to refresh my knowledge. I always do love listening to her lectures. She's a good educator!
You have never failed me. I have been watching your videos since Ive taken A&P. I am currently in Med-Surg 1 this semester. Thank you!

Just another note to say , thank you for this excellent tutorial. Tonight continuing education topic was over Heart failure and CPAP. If not for your videos and impeccable teaching style, I would not have brushed up on my knowledge as well as if I did it on my own. I plan on watching everything you post as the most informative and reliable source of keeping myself up to date and refreshed over some very complicated and complex areas of Medicine. I am a Paramedic, and not all this applies to me, but I still enjoy the chance to learn the more invasive areas of medicine that you cover. Cheers and God bless.

Your Great! I was Diagnosed with CHF in December and my EF dropped 7% to 35 and I’m Awaiting to Start Cardio Rehab in a Week but The Entresto has brought up my pulse oxygen level but my Body says it’s time for that 3 Wire Pacemaker because I’ve had a Left Bundle Branch Block for 6 years! Again the Backing up into the lungs explains why so I shared it with my Pulmonary Dr and I’ve Been so Bloated but my Legs are not swollen! Again your Explanation is Outstanding and I’m A little more understanding and not so Panicked about the Symptoms I’m Having!👍👍👍❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️👩🏼⚕️👩🏼⚕️👩🏼⚕️👩🏼⚕️👩🏼⚕️😀😀😀
Thank you so much! You are way better than my nursing professor.
