Interesting approach to teaching. I have not seen any of the on-line teachers writing out the Russian words using Latin character phonetics I think it's called.

Yes, we can do that Although I do motivate you to learn the cirillics. It takes 2 weeks practice tops for my private students. It’s not Chinese or Arabic, and in truth it’s the simplest thing in Russian.
