17:40 The boss is Klepto99 cuz he's the only one who knows the location of the Spy Ninjas HQ and we haven't seen him in a long time so when you put the pieces together, its pretty obvious that its Klepto and his evil partner behind all of this (especially since their the only ones capable of something like this which means you guys are getting tricked now that Klepto has a team of people working against you guys so its gonna take more than two people to save the day/defeat them once and for all without arresting them of course)
