Hello friend, on packet tracer 5.3, I did exactly the same OSPF configurations you did but with different addressing scheme but neither of the 3 routers can see each other. Can't establish any neighbors.

Hi @philqurish3114 - Packet Tracer 5.3 is a old version of the software - My recommendation would be to re-create the same addressing scheme that i use in the lab and see if you have the same issue. Other aspects to check why ospf neighbors can't form include: if you haven't named each router with a different router id - as ospf will not form neighbor relationships if the RIDs are the same - in addition, it's worth checking area id (set to 0) and also subnet masks - OSPF requires that interfaces oon the same segment share the same subnet mask. Hope this helps and all the very best. Thanks,Greg

Hi, should we config router ID ? is it compulsory ? or should we config it on all routers that run OSPF ? thanks

Not compulsory to configure router-id but router will choose one if you don’t

So if this was a real scenario and my packets are going everyway just like the end of this video just give the destination a quick ping to troubleshoot nice
