This scene always make me miss Chris Farley more. He was so damn talented.

Beldar calls Ronnie's car a shit box. I love it.

David Spade's face in that moment of rubber gum, is the most hilarious part of the film. So perfectly done. Epic!

I love that despite being an alien, David Spade's character in the movie is such a suck up assistant, that he's immediately the right hand guy to the King of another planet lmao.

Beldar and Prymaat are good parents.

I can't decide if I actually love this movie, or I'm just suffering 1990s nostalgia.

Its both, but I think its a good movie, I just watched it the other day, I had only seen it, I think 1 time in my life in the mid 90s I think, so I wanted to give it another look, and I think its good plus a dash of nostalgia

@@icel8828 Yes, I'm sure the Conehead master and Marlax give him more respect than Gorman Seedling who was cranky. Also, it sounds like Eli bought a home for himself somewhere on Remulak where everyone is a Conehead except for him. Plus, the moment the spaceship came to pick up Beldar, Prymat, and Connie by carrying their car, I remember Gorman went after them by grabbing their car while Eli ran out saying "Gorman let go" either because he didn't want to be left behind and/or it was his way of saying "Gorman, leave them alone, they're leaving now and we don't have to worry about them anymore" but, maybe at the end he was happy to be stuck with the Coneheads.

He’s a suck up and quick to adapt to any situation. If you notice he’s not even wearing a control collar around his neck. The high master needed a person to sympathize and boost his confidence. Eli quickly assumed that role and he’s most likely happy with his new position on Romulack.

@@TorrenGenn Yes, I can see Eli as a suck up because any time someone wanted to talk to Gorman Seedling he would say "hi, that would be best if it went through me, he's not in a very good mood." Also yes, I can see how Eli is not wearing a slave collar anymore and it sounds like the Conehead master wanted one of them because when Beldar said that he wants to take Gorman and Eli back to Earth with him, the Conehead master said that he can take only one with him and I can tell the Conehead master wanted one of them for support because when he was feeling down, one of the Coneheads was going to give something to the master, Eli said "let me take care of that, he's having a real tough day." If Eli is happy with his new position on Remulak (not being the assistant to Gorman anymore), hopefully he's getting paid for his new job by the Conehead master or finds an excellent job for himself on Remulak working for another Conehead.

but this movie bombed. dont get me wrong, i like this movie, but dont confuse nostalgia with reality. it was panned by critics, nor made back enough back to cover its own budget, and the creator himself got angry at all the changes made for the movie. thats like in thirty years our kids go, "Mobius was so good, back when comic book movies were beloved by all"

@@frankiselby1234 That's true since maybe Beldar, Prymat, and Connie have probably stayed on Earth for many years (probably longer than their own planet Remulak) and they got used to being on Earth and decided to live there forever (even Prymat told Beldar that life on Earth is good) and Beldar probably felt that he wanted to make Connie happy by moving back to Earth since he felt bad for taking her away from her boyfriend Ronnie which is why he was seen going with Connie to the prom at 2:39. (After Ronnie and Connie left for the prom, I would have loved if they made a second film titled "Coneheads 2: Children Of Ronnie And Connie" where they got married and their children are half conehead and half human head.")

It was a fantasy movie about French declaring war on the US. We know it's a fantasy , because the French having a space program. but the actor did do a good job with their french accents and mannerism. They are so annoying.
