The fact that this knowledge is not common knowledge among orthopedics is honestly criminal. I appreciate all your work.

Hauser is certainly not the only one doing prolotherapy. Ditto for cone beam CT. There are plenty of sports facilities and PT offices that have the cone CT, plus a new generation of ultrasound diagnostic imaging tools that are even less expensive. Look locally for PRP injections, instead of prolo, you will probably find more docs doing that. They are the same thing, but use your body's stem cells. I was pretty much all set to spend the money and fly out to Florida, but I saw all of the bad press and negative reviews and I became spooked. Still not sure, but definitely put the brakes on and may do PRP again instead.

Dr. Hauser, excellent info as usual. No one discusses this a anywhere!!! No surgeons, no pain management drs, no Chiros. Cervical instabilities makes so much sense. I have plenty of it and I just learned from my 1st Cervical MRI taken in 2012 , that the radiologist indicated that I have a more Narrow than Normal Spinal Canal! Is it no wonder that i have chronic sinusitis, tinnitus, terrible neck stiffness, occipital pain and temporal headaches, IBS, GERD, dizziness. I'm trying to find a prolotherapist in NY Suburbia. I may have found one in CT. This video is fantastic

Been having all sorts of issues for years. It all started for me as a child after I was beaten on one particular occasion, but I also had caught tonsillitis after already having had a flu that effected my ear. I ended up suffering from vertigo that back then was sporadic and doctors at ENT which I didn't even get to be seen by untill I was 17 decided I had Bppv tried to do an eply manovere on me which I couldn't bare, and I tried to explain tht aside of the severe dizziness I was in pain in my neck, they then sent me to a nerologist who just sat me down and carried out basic tests on my strength etc. I had an investigatory opp aged 17 on my left ear which showed a previous perforation, they fitted grommets took out toncils and adonoids. My vertigo continued. Later I paid for private consolation with ontologist...he said he felt I had more than one thing going on. Never went back because I couldn't afford to, my whole life my ambitions etc were ruined. Then some Eight years ago I had a whiplash injury but I didn't go to hospital, the years of getting nowhere, left me with no faith in doctors. Since tht injury I've had a multitude of issues and I'm still undiagnosed and suffering.

What causes my neck, back left shoulder, jaw and ear ringing come on so intense that I haven’t been able to work. It can go 1-9 at any time of the day. I don’t know where to start, I’m 40 and never dealt with this kinda pain, it also causes chest and circulation problems.

@@CaringmedicalProlotherapy I'm very glad to see YOU stuck with this. I did not have a complete spinal MRI when we were looking to your work. I had a wonderful chiropractor in Willow Grove Pa. And his wife..Jen and Dean Depice. When we where restationed to Brunswick Maine, I had found a PT that did Cranial Sacral. ( Ten years after accident.) I walked like a pretzel and no one would touch me. A brain freeze headache that required 3 /30mg oxtn to get it to a 3 from debilitating. She and a sports medicine pt took almost a year to break up the binds, sheers and trips by the hundreds, with strength training and muscle retraining. I left there standing straight up and meds down to 3/15 mg octn ( to just act as my own system , as mine doesn't work, except chronic flight or Fight that I have to meditate to shut off,** docs tried to say anxiety and put me on meds for years, the one time I tried them as my mom was dying, he didn't want me to backslide , in 2 days I was seeing, IN .. PIXELS! LOL THE CLOSEST I COULD GET TO Prolotherapy was dry needling and my doc just thought I didn't want to do the work pt required,, but he saw what it did that he could not and used it after he had an accident that 3 months he couldn't work, so last ditch effort asked his doc to send him.. he was back at work two days later with no hip pain . So he is very willing now to let me chose my treatments.. Two years ago, I fell hard again. Covid has prevented supervised PT and it's all catching up. And not being vaxxed as part of control group and fibromyalgia research studies, I keep to my bubble, pt won't take me, ( maybe now with reopenings. ) But I'm not on maintenance now, I needore, and do not want surgery because i am proof of your ( back then, ) theories. Back in Pa, I had a great doc, Dr Alpert RIP, who tried anything I researched and came in with. He ran pain clinics before pain clinics due to suffering fms too. He did trp injections that helped about 40 percent,, but for 15 years, they all agreed to stay away from the reverse curve and Arnold chiari malformation. Alot of my education is from your book soany years ago and kept me advocating for non invasive options , where if they didn't work at least wouldn't make it worse.. So.. Congratulations!!! And thank you.. Now that covid is what ever it is, I'll be full speed to get back to treatment. Anyone in southern NH? Or else, I'll see you in Florida.. BTW, fusions are slow in coming, because I just keep moving. So if I understand now, it's still possible to reverse that curve after 27 years... ? ( I believe it, just want others to believe it also. )

Hi Anthony, Yes there are people who receive only one treatment and did not need additional treatment. In most cases that we see who are more advanced, the average is closer to 4-8 treatments. One of the reasons providers who specialize in Prolotherapy encourage patients to seek care sooner rather than later because early on in the progression of pain and joint degeneration, fewer treatments are typically needed to help a person meet their functional goals. When we can help someone in 1-2 treatments vs. 9-10, that is awesome!
